Pine Camp Arts & Community Center to Hold Open House
Richmond, VA –The City’s Department of
Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities will host an open house
featuring the visual arts programs on Saturday, September 13 at 4901 Old
Brook Road from 1 to 5 p.m.
The program will include painting demonstrations
by nationally acclaimed artists, S. Ross Browne and Stanley Rayfield. In
addition, there will be demonstrations in pottery, photography, and
watercolor painting. Guests are invited to take
a tour of the facility, observe students working in the various
studios, and register for fall classes. Refreshments will be served and a
drawing will be held to win a free art class.
Registration for fall art classes at Pine Camp is currently available online at
www.richmondgov.com/parks by clicking the “Online Registration”
banner or onsite Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. This event
