A proposal is in the works to develop some or all of the 36-acre parcel of land at Westwood Avenue and Brook Road. The property is owned by Union Presbyterian Seminary. This could affect the walkers, runners and others who use the track and park at Westwood and Loxley for exercise and recreation. The
