Sector commanders for 411 and 412 discussed their
process for working with communities, how to contact them, crime
statistics for the 4th Precinct and various resident concerns. Concerns raised by the residents
were break-ins to vehicles, trash and littering, pooper scooper laws, as
well as vagrants and panhandling.

Redevelopment: Questions were raised regarding the redevelopment plan for Gilpin Court
and what the time table and plans are for previously proposed
projects. CM Hilbert will research and provide and update in the near
future.
Redskins Training Camp: Hilbert
discussed the concerns regarding the removal of the trees and his
proposed tree replacement plan. He discussed how future City projects
should be reviewed to avoid this situation in the future. Additionally
he gave an overview of how the lease fees paid for the use of the
Westhampton property will be used and proposed usage of the training
facility once Spring Training is complete.
