Rain barrel workshop anyone?

The Richmond Department of Public Utilities wants to know if neighborhood association members are interested in learning about making rain barrels. The workshop could be conducted at meetings or civic events.

The rain barrel program is part of the city's Water Resources Division- Stormwater Utility.  Richmond offers financial incentives for managing stormwater at homes or place of business (including the use of rain barrels).
